Greenmeadows School

The Parent and Teachers Association (PTA) is a group of parents and teachers who work together to raise money through various fundraising events e.g. raffles, sausage sizzles, discos, art calendars etc to help cover the shortfall of money given to our school by the Ministry of Education.  All money raised by the PTA is given back to the school for the purchase of resources we would all like our children to have access to.

We are always looking for enthusiastic parents who want to be involved with their children's school and education to join our PTA.  Our monthly meetings are usually held at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month and usually last about an hour.  Because we are all busy parents, we aim to keep the workload to a minimum and only delegate jobs on a voluntary basis.  If you would like to join the Greenmeadows School PTA or you are interested in hearing more about what we do, please come along to one of our monthly meetings at school or contact Paula Smith 021 288 0778.

The email address for the PTA is:  pta@gms.school.nz

The GMS PTA also has a Facebook page - following it brings all sorts of information and benefits!!!!
